Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
✔ In the same condition as received
✔ Unworn & unused
✔ With original tags
✔ In original packaging
✔ Along with the receipt or proof of purchase

Damages & Issues
Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

❌ Used or worn items
❌ Beauty/personal care products
❌ Perishable items
❌ Hazardous items, flammable liquids, gases

Exchanges
For exchanges, please place a return request first. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired product.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about approval or denial.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
